I chose this particular person because Amanda has been nothing less than great about staying in contact with me and managing any issues or concerns, I have had. She is motivating and has made the enrollment process easy for me, particularly by staying in touch and resolving any concerns I may have had. She gives back to the community and helps those in need. She wants to assist others in achieving their career goals.
Throughout the many years she has volunteered, she has enabled herself to develop into an unselfish and kind person. She has made a lot of acquaintances and connections as a volunteer. She is quite good at managing her time. She is able to decline invitations to certain situations since she is aware of her limitations. She has a lot of experience leading since she volunteers. She has excellent social and communication skills. Right now, I have a lot to learn from her.
She possesses outstanding clinical judgment and has previously worked as a nurse. She can help me with clinical judgment, the ability to use sound judgment and in-depth clinical knowledge, as well as the capability to combine intricate data from several systems. It is obvious for everyone in waldek that She is the most caring administrative professional at my school and probably my favorite. Everyone in Waldek can see that she is the most kind office manager at the institution.
She can help me advance beyond my nursing position. She is the one you can talk to and who can help you accomplish your goals. She is excellent at delving into intricate cultural issues. She speaks English well, which might help me improve my communication skills. She can assist me quickly comprehend things because of her relaxed mentoring style. These attributes would surely help me in the future. She has therefore been considered a part of my network.

When I hesitated to sign up for online classes, Ms. Guzum persuaded me to do so. I felt at ease because of her. She enjoys upholding moral standards. Even though the company lacks the proper structure, she conducts herself in a professional way. Her concepts are pertinent on a personal and professional level. If you want to be a good professional, you must be excellent at your work. Continuing your education while holding down a career, for instance She has an insatiable desire to learn new things.
She maintains a good level of self-control since she is typically calm. No matter how aggressively a client, a coworker, or a management member speaks, she does not respond in the same manner. She is accountable. Even when mistakes do happen, she always takes responsibility for her acts, tries to repair them when it's possible, and never blames her coworkers for the harm they do.
She has a range of critical care expertise. She can assist me with developing my fundamental abilities for providing vital care to patients, as a new nurse is more perceptive to the surroundings and the particulars of each patient and requires mentoring. With her instruction, I would raise my degree of competence and come to fully comprehend the issues of patients and better solve them for their better care.

She also devotes a lot of thought to how she looks. She is quite good at figuring out what different contexts need, especially in terms of attire.
When she talks, she exudes confidence, which would boost my own. People can trust her as a professional. She always responds in a timely manner and keeps her word honestly.
She may be able to help me provide the patients with the superior treatment I am certain I can provide. Nursing's unique dedication to patients inside the healthcare system—that nurses provide a safe exit for patients and their families—incorporates all of the profession's abilities. Safe passage may take the form of assisting the patient and family in achieving a higher level of self-awareness, knowledge, or health, a transition through traumatic events or the acute care setting, and/or a peaceful death.
