I did page10-16 of the group work. I was mainly responsible for explaining some concepts and examples of change leadership to support our argument: Change leadership and not change management is necessary to meet the challenges of Globalization.
We had a total of three meetings.
For the first meeting, we discussed the structure of PPT, I think I was follower, to express my own views, and discuss with groups.
The second meeting, we decided who responsible for what part, I think I was more like a follower, because my team member has drawn the PPT structure and allocated the work for every members. I understood my work and then went home to work on.
The third meeting is to put the various parts of the PPT together and said some suggestions and amendments to each other, I think everyone is leader as well as follower.
In the whole group work I prefer a follower, to complete my own tasks on time, and I need to improve my ability to be a leader.
